We don’t select as such we recruit staff from bottom -up both technical, operational, sales, marketing based positions among others. Industry best practice benchmarking

We work with our customers to benchmark on many areas of interest; such would include salaries and benefits- We work very closely with our clients to understand their requirements, industry and we would from time to time be able to carry out surveys to collect information about employee compensation, including salary and benefits. Today salary surveys are conducted by numerous employers to determine pay levels for specific job categories and are generally conducted either by region, sector or job classification for the purposes of comparability. In conjunction with other tools, salary surveys can provide useful information to attract, support and retain employees within the context of an overall HR and organizational plan. At Platinum we have the flexibility to conduct customised surveys outside salary to also include a cross section of policies among others.

Succession Planning

We also have the capacity to map out succession plans for clients. We work closely with clients in a journey of identifying and developing internal people with the potential to fill key business leadership positions in the company taking into consideration future plans of the organization. We then begin the process of interacting with individual employees to ascertain internal capacity for the roles earmarked for key positions in the organization. We advise on any gaps and can be embodied in the training plan to develop skills.

Candidate Profiling

Internally we have tools that we can use to test candidates for various positions at various levels; this also helps to inform whether or not candidates possess skills for particular roles being considered. It can also be used to inform training needs

Job Evaluation and grading

We support our clients in the long stretch of conducting job evaluations right from defining the jobs, writing and or revising job descriptions, formation and training of committees, facilitating job evaluation and subsequently coming up with job grades. In all these we ensure our client’s specific needs are met.

HR Department Outsourcing

For clients who do not wish to maintain an HR department, we have the capacity to support and we will work with you to understand the deliverables and monitor milestones.
